🎟️ Tickets & Refunds: All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser or otherwise required by law. Late arrival, failure to meet entry requirements or individual unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

👥 Group Bookings: The ticket purchaser is responsible for ensuring all guests in their booking receive and understand the event information, policies and Terms & Conditions. Where seating is allocated, use the same Group Name when booking if you wish to be seated together.

🍔 Food & Allergens: Food is available to purchase onboard. Menus are indicative and subject to change or availability. Our kitchen is a shared environment and cannot be guaranteed allergen-free. 🍺 No BYO: Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Cash and card are accepted onboard.

👠 Footwear: Tall or pointy heels are not permitted due to marine stairways. Small, stable chunky heels are acceptable.

♿ Accessibility: MV Calmer is not fully accessible due to the wharf, gangway and vessel design and cannot accommodate wheelchairs. Please contact us before booking to discuss mobility aids or accessibility requirements.

👜 Bag Policy: Bags larger than a purse or clutch are not permitted. Bags may be searched before boarding.

⚓ Departure: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the vessel has departed and will not be refunded. No mid-cruise pickups or drop-offs.

⏰ Event Times: Cruise and event times may be adjusted by All Event Cruises management and/or the vessel Captain, including where required to accommodate the live Grand Final broadcast.

🌧️ Weather: Cruises operate rain or shine unless conditions require changes for safety or operational reasons. MV Calmer has substantial indoor and undercover areas.

🎥 CCTV & Photography: CCTV operates onboard for safety and security. Photography and video may also be captured during the event and used for promotional and operational purposes.

⚠️ Conduct: Guests must comply with vessel policies, lawful crew directions, safety requirements, RSA obligations and applicable legislation. All Event Cruises may refuse entry or remove guests where required.
