🔞 Licensed Venue + RSA

MV Calmer is a licensed venue and operates under strict Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. Valid photo identification is required.

🎟️ Group Bookings + Purchaser Responsibility

Where one person purchases tickets for multiple attendees, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring every guest in the booking receives and understands all relevant event information, entry requirements, policies and terms before attending.

All relevant conditions are available on the ticketing page at the time of purchase. A guest’s failure to read, receive or understand this information does not provide grounds for a refund, credit, transfer or compensation.

Food and beverages are available to purchase onboard.

Cash and card are accepted.

Strictly NO BYO food or beverages.

Any advertised menu is indicative only and may change without notice.

⚠️ Allergen Notice

Our onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free.

While care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens or cross-contamination, including gluten.

Guests with severe allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements should carefully consider whether the onboard kitchen environment and available menu are suitable before booking.

Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

💺 Limited Seating Notice

This is a cocktail-style, standing and dancing event, not a seated or table-service cruise.

Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel but cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

The vessel layout is determined by All Event Cruises to provide appropriate event flow, dance floor space, passenger movement and onboard safety.

Guests must not bring personal chairs, stools or other seating onboard.

We recommend viewing photos from previous events on our social media pages before booking to understand the vessel layout and event atmosphere.

Suitability based on seating preferences, event format or personal requirements must be considered before purchasing and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

♿ Accessibility + Mobility

MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to the design of the wharf, marine gangway, stairs and multi-level vessel layout.

The vessel cannot accommodate wheelchairs.

Gangway angles and boarding conditions may vary depending on tides and operating conditions.

Guests are responsible for assessing whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual mobility, accessibility or personal needs before purchasing tickets.

Please contact us before booking if you would like to discuss suitability.

Accessibility or mobility-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

👠 Footwear Policy

MV Calmer has steep marine stairs.

Tall or pointed heels are not permitted. Small, stable chunky heels are acceptable.

Comfortable footwear is strongly recommended.

👜 Bag Policy

For safety and security reasons, bags larger than approximately purse or clutch size are not permitted onboard.

All bags may be searched before boarding.

Guests arriving with backpacks, large totes or other oversized bags may be refused entry without refund.

🚢 Departure Policy

Please arrive early and be ready for boarding.

The vessel aims to depart at the scheduled time and cannot wait for late arrivals.

Late arrival or missing the vessel does not provide grounds for a refund.

There are no mid-cruise pickups or drop-offs.

Cruise duration may include embarkation and disembarkation time. Timings may be adjusted where reasonably required by All Event Cruises management or the vessel Captain.

🌧️ Weather

Rain doesn’t stop the party!

MV Calmer has substantial enclosed areas across the main and mid decks, allowing events to continue in changing weather conditions.

🎥 CCTV + Security

MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV for the safety and security of guests, crew and staff.

By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge and consent to CCTV recording and onboard security procedures.

📸 Photography + Videography

Professional photography and video may be captured during the event.

By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge that they may appear in event photography or footage and consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using such material for promotional, marketing and operational purposes without compensation.

🔐 Personal Property

Please keep personal belongings with you at all times.

All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items except where required by law.

🚨 Conditions of Entry

All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who fail to comply with venue policies, crew or security directions, safety requirements, Responsible Service of Alcohol obligations or applicable laws.

🔁 Refund Policy / All Sales Final

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
