Please read all event information, FAQs and conditions prior to booking to ensure the vessel and event are suitable for your individual requirements.

🔞 18+ Event

Valid authorised photo ID is required. MV Calmer is a licensed venue and all events operate under strict liquor licensing and Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.

🎟️ Refund Policy / All Sales Final

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Late arrival, non-attendance or failure to meet event requirements does not entitle guests to a refund, credit or transfer.

👥 Group Bookings & Seating

We prepare a seating plan for this event. If you wish to sit with friends who are booking separately, create a common Group Name — for example, “Smith Family Table” — and have everyone enter the same Group Name when booking.

Bookings made within 24 hours of the event may not be able to be seated with guests whose tables have already been allocated.

Where one person purchases tickets on behalf of multiple attendees, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring that every guest attending under that booking receives and understands all relevant event information, entry requirements, policies and conditions before the event.

Failure by a guest to read, receive or understand information made available at the time of booking does not provide grounds for a refund, credit, transfer or other compensation.

Drinks are available for purchase unless specifically included in a stated beverage package. Food is also available onboard.

Any advertised menu is indicative only and may change without notice.

🚫 No BYO food or beverages.

⚠️ Allergen Notice

Our onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. While care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens, including gluten, due to the risk of cross-contamination.

Guests with severe allergies, significant intolerances or specific dietary requirements should carefully consider whether the onboard food environment is suitable for their individual needs before booking.

Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

💳 Payments

Cash and card are accepted onboard.

👠 Footwear / Heels Policy

MV Calmer has steep stairways between decks. Tall or pointed heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are acceptable.

♿ Accessibility

MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to the design of the wharf, gangway and vessel and cannot accommodate wheelchairs.

Guests are responsible for assessing whether the vessel and event are suitable for their mobility, accessibility or personal requirements before purchasing tickets.

Please contact All Event Cruises prior to booking if you would like to discuss suitability.

Accessibility or personal-requirement-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

👜 Bag Policy

For safety and security reasons, bags larger than a purse or clutch are not permitted onboard.

All bags are subject to search prior to boarding. Guests arriving with large bags including backpacks, totes or similar items may be refused admission without refund.

🚢 Cruise Operations

There are no mid-cruise pickups or drop-offs.

Total advertised cruise duration may include embarkation and disembarkation time. Scheduled times may be adjusted where required at the discretion of All Event Cruises management and/or the vessel Captain.

⏰ Departure Policy

The vessel aims to depart at the advertised time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated once boarding has closed and will not be refunded.

🌧️ Weather

Rain doesn't stop the cruise! MV Calmer has substantial covered and indoor areas across the main and mid decks, so the event can continue regardless of typical weather conditions.

🎥 CCTV, Photography & Video

For the safety and security of guests, crew and staff, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV.

Professional photography and videography may also occur during the event. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge and consent to photography and video footage being captured and potentially used by All Event Cruises Pty Ltd for promotional, marketing and operational purposes without compensation.

🔐 Personal Belongings

Please do not leave bags or personal belongings unattended. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen personal property.

🛟 Guest Behaviour & Safety

All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who does not comply with venue policies, safety requirements, crew or security directions, Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements or applicable legislation.
